The official scripting language for GT-Video has been elected as Scilab, but Python is an excellent alternative and we might migrate to it one day. So this task is to learn the basics of image processing itself with PIL by running the basic examples.
Try to compare the overall functionality and programming experience of using PIL, specially as compared to using SIP.
In the end, however, the most important part of this ticket is to get in further touch with the practical aspects of image processing, video processing, and computer vision algorithms.
